General Course Conditions
Course Fee
The course fees shown for each course are inclusive of all materials, lunches and refreshments. Accommodation is not included. Course fees are shown exclusive of VAT.
Discount
If you enroll a minimum of 3 persons for a course, BASISPOINT grants you a discount of 15% on the course fee. Please note: This discount does not apply to courses for which a "bundle" discount is given (The "3+2" format).
Payment
The course fee will be invoiced app. 3 weeks before the course. Terms of payment: 2 weeks from invoice date. The fee is exclusive of VAT and traveling and hotel expenses.
Cancellation
If for some reason you are unable to attend a course, you are always welcome to send a substitute. Cancellation should be given to BASISPOINT no later than 2 weeks before the course, otherwise no refund will be given. BASISPOINT reserves the right to cancel or move a course, if the number of delegates is considered to be too small.
